1. Agreement to these terms

By using this storefront, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the storefront or place an order.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Products and custom work

Many pieces are handmade or made to order. Small variations in color, texture, finish, and hand-applied details are part of that process and are not defects.

Reference images, dimensions, options, and production estimates shown on the product page form part of the product description. Custom requests are only included when they are confirmed in writing.

4. Prices and order acceptance

Prices and any included taxes, duties, or shipping charges are shown before an order is submitted. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance; an order is accepted when we confirm it or begin production.

We may cancel or contact you about an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable material, suspected fraud, or an instruction we cannot safely complete.

5. Production and delivery

Production time and carrier transit time are separate estimates. Handmade production, customs processing, weather, and carrier disruptions can change the final delivery date.

6. Returns and refunds

Eligible returns are governed by the Returns and Cancellations Policy. Contact the workshop before sending an item back so the return can be identified and handled correctly.

7. Intellectual property

The storefront design, original product designs, photographs, video, text, logos, and other workshop materials may not be copied, sold, or used commercially without permission. Third-party names and characters remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with storefront security or operation.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Do not scrape, reproduce, or resell storefront content without permission.
• Do not use a product in an unsafe or unlawful manner.

9. Liability and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the workshop is not responsible for indirect losses or for delays outside its reasonable control.

We may update these terms as the storefront and applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the version currently published.
