Worldwide shipping

Second Nature Workshop is based in Georgia and offers free worldwide shipping. Product prices are presented as tax- and duty-inclusive unless checkout clearly states otherwise for your destination.

Production comes before transit

Ready-made items are dispatched within 1–7 calendar days. Made-to-order products have a production estimate in calendar days on the product page or in the confirmed custom specification. Production and dispatch are separate from carrier transit; the transit estimate starts when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Typical carrier transit

• United States: 5–7 business days.
• European Union: 4–6 business days.
• United Kingdom: 4–5 business days.
• Australia and Oceania: 4–6 business days.
• Other destinations: confirmed by the available carrier service.

Tracking

When the parcel is dispatched, tracking is added to the order and sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear after the label is created.

Address and delivery responsibility

Check the recipient name, phone number, postal code, and full address before confirming an order. Contact us immediately if something is wrong; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.

A parcel may require a signature. Follow carrier notices and arrange redelivery or collection before the local holding period expires.

Delays, damage, and missing parcels

Customs checks, severe weather, peak seasons, and carrier disruptions may extend transit. If tracking stops updating or the parcel arrives damaged, contact hi@secondnature.ws with your order number so we can investigate.
