How does the 3D face scan work?
Use a compatible 3D scanning app to capture your face from multiple angles. The scan takes about five minutes and provides the digital model used to fit your mask. Face-scan integration is included in the Personalized and Bespoke packages.

Yes. Review the shape, textures and colour options in 3D with our designer before production. Essentials includes basic adjustments, Personalized includes multiple design iterations, and Bespoke includes unlimited design revisions.
How long does the process take?
The current standard timeframe is 6–9 weeks. Bespoke includes priority production of 4–6 weeks. Design development, production, painting and international delivery are all part of the process; we discuss the schedule with you for your project.
Is worldwide shipping included?
Yes. Insured international shipping is included in every package. Our current offer also includes customs fees and import taxes; we handle the paperwork and logistics.
Can I see examples in person?
We operate online. Visit @secondnature.props for work and event appearances. During your project, we share detailed photos and videos so you can follow the creation of your mask.
What happens after delivery?
We provide care instructions and repair support. Contact us directly if you need help looking after your mask.
