Where can I see the status of my order?
Sign in with the email used for your purchase and open Orders. The order page shows production and delivery updates when they are available.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Production estimates are shown on the product page and are separate from carrier transit. Custom requirements can change the estimate, so confirm a deadline before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently offer worldwide shipping. See the Shipping Policy for current transit estimates and tracking details.
Can I request a different finish or dimensions?
Available options appear on the product page. Contact the workshop before ordering if a dimension, color, finish, or deadline is essential.
How do I start a return?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Wait for return instructions before sending the item.
