How to get a 3D scan of your face
1Download SureScan 3D Scanner App
To begin creating your perfect custom mask, you'll need to download SureScan 3D Scanner app. This app uses the TrueDepth sensor to capture high-resolution 3D scans of your face.

- iPhone X and above
- iPad Pro 2nd generation and above

2Scan Your Face

Once you've installed the app, follow these steps to create a 3D scan of your face:
- Choose a well-lit place without direct sunlight
- Open the FaceFit 3D Scanner app

Set the resolution to 1mm
- Sit up straight and hold your head still

Begin scanning from arm's length away
- Slowly and smoothly move the camera from right to left across the main planes:
- Central part of the face
- Forehead
- Chin
- Make sure to cover the entire surface of the face, including the ears

Press the Stop button to finish the scan

To check the result, turn off the texture view
- Ensure there are no empty or blurred areas in the scan
Don't worry if it's not perfect - our team will guide you through the process!
3Submit Your Scan
Once you have finished scanning, follow these steps to submit your 3D scan:
- Export the scan file in OBJ format from the FaceFit 3D Scanner app
- To do this you need to activate a 7 day free trial
- Send the OBJ file to us using one of the following methods:

Please include your name and any additional information or preferences for your mask design when submitting your scan.
