The best experience I had with this company was the good communication and professionalism with which Llya managing the business.
She is very good on it .
I have not complain about it.
The product is good, but it is not exceptional if we consider its cost and the long long time we have to wait to have it, (in my personal experience, the product arrived with two defects since I took it out of the box) NO GOOD.
To give out an idea of what I’m saying let me tell this story.
I wanted to have a BMW M2 series
I went to the BMW dealer and I realized that none of the State Dealers had the exterior and interior color and the packages that I wanted in my car so my only option was to order it to be manufactured in Germany exactly as I wanted it and I did.
That whole process took 3 months to get the car in my house and…
that was the same period of time it took to this company to build a mask that arrived with defects also.
I think this is a good company, I think they may have exceptional products, but they still need to be improved.

1- The product is good but not exceptional.
it should be better considering the price and the time we need to wait to have it.
2- Outstanding communication with Llya.
She really makes a difference.

First of all, I want to say I'm very grateful to Second Nature Workshop. Although there was no listing whatsoever for a "Mini TESF Corey," they still fulfilled my request, and it was so straightforward.

Everything about the Corey TESF Mini's sculpt was close to perfect; however, some of the details were wrong with my order. You can see that there is some stitching missing on the mouth and not only did they send it to me like this but they put it as the official photos on the site despite the flaws. A smaller thing is that some of the black paint around the eyes is also under the procerus muscle on the mask when from what I can tell there's supposed to be little to none there. Also on the right eye, there is a harsh crease that is not noticeable in person but is noticeable in a picture I provided. Not sure if that crease is intentional but it's not really that noticeable in person so I don't really mind.

I am also looking to purchase a full-size TESF Corey Mask in the future but I am unsure if these defects will show up in a $400 mask and that's putting me off to buying.

Otherwise everything else about my order is great. I had no problems at all with my Red Clowns both the mini and normal size. I am extremely impressed with Second Nature Workshop's work.

VERY pleased with my Neo neko mask, as I feel the quality lives up to the price tag. The material making up the outside mask is smooth and durable with a flawless paint job - it really is "movie prop" professional - and the LED eyes look amazing once you find the right battery and fit it into place. The inside of the mask is less aesthetic, padded with fabric for comfort. It will likely fit better on smaller faces, but even on my big head it is comfortable enough.

Most importantly (and what I personally appreciate most), the company will communicate with you on social media to allow you a great deal of customizability. You can decide every color on the mask, LED eyes included, and in my case I was even able to specify to have one eye be an "X" and the other an "O." I really appreciate the flexibility and response time of Second Nature as they kept in touch every step of the way from customization to delivery. Between this excellent customer service and the quality professional appearance of the mask, I got my money's worth.

The helmet is incredibly detailed and of high quality. You can really see the passion and work behind it. It is an excellent decorative element and a true piece of art. Worth ever penny and the best replica you can possibly buy!

This may be, without a doubt, the best helmet prop in the whole site, period. The craftsmanship is impressive, the build sturdy and the paint job is exquisite. My only regret is that this store doesn't sell other helmet props from games or franchises that I personally like. I will a 100% recommend this shop, if you have a question reach out they are friendly and have a quick response time.

I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I'm very happy with the quality of the mask. It feels quite durable and the craftsmanship is impressive. Well worth the price. I was worried about the fit but if that has exceeded my expectations.

This is my second mask I bought and I love it. Never seen anyone else make a replica as accurate as this. Quality is very good and I love the fact that the straps can be adjusted to my needs. definitely worth every penny.

The mask came in yesterday and it's amazing. Looks spot on to the original and arrived in mint condition. It feels good to wear and doesn't get uncomfortable after too long. This is my second mask from these guys and it still didn't disappoint. 10/10 will be buying another mask soon.

Mask looks fantastic and I really love it. Had a technical problem with the lights but that has now sorted itself out. Very well made and the attention to detail is spot on. It serves for a really nice decorative piece. Will definitely buy more masks in the future.

Absolute perfect. I got the Flexible plastic. I play in a Slipknot Tribute Band (Early Maggots) and I move a lot on stage and the mask stays in place and keep its shape and form. Thank you

Has so many different brightness levels,speeds and modes. Looks amazing and better than I expected in person. Definitely one of the best masks they have on here. Absolutely love it. It’s my favorite j dog mask and they really did it justice.
